Commitment
Accessibility
Last updated: July 19, 2026
Crowned Koi is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a one-time checkbox.
What We Provide
- A “Skip to content” link and consistent page landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer) so screen-reader and keyboard users can move around quickly.
- Full keyboard operability with a clearly visible focus outline on every interactive element.
- Respect for your system “reduced motion” setting — smooth scrolling and auto-advancing imagery are disabled when you ask for less motion.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, labelled form fields, and status messages that are announced to screen readers.
- Colour and text chosen to meet AA contrast on our dark theme, and text that reflows and scales when you zoom.
Adjusting Your Experience
You can tailor the site using your device and browser settings — increase text size or zoom, enable your operating system’s “reduce motion” or high-contrast options, and navigate entirely by keyboard (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, and Escape). The site is built to respond to those preferences.
Known Limitations
Some third-party content and older pages may not yet fully meet our target. We are actively working through these, and if you hit a barrier we want to hear about it so we can fix it and help you complete what you came to do.
Get Help or Report a Problem
If any part of this site is difficult to use, or you need information in a different format, contact Pat at pat@crownedkoi.com. Please describe the page and the problem, and we will respond promptly and provide the information or assistance you need.
