Shipping Policy
A watch deserves to travel the way it was meant to be worn: protected, attended, and insured end to end. Every Crowned Koi shipment is handled personally and follows the same protocol, whether the watch is under ten thousand dollars or a six-figure grail.
How We Ship
- Overnight service via FedEx Priority Overnight.
- Fully insured for the full declared sale value, door to door, or pick up at an authorized FedEx location near you.
- Adult signature required on delivery — no exceptions, no driver release, no signature waivers.
- Discreet outer packaging. No brand names, logos, or identifying marks on the shipping label.
Timing
Orders ship same day if payment clears before the overnight cut off, or the next business day at the latest. Wire transfers are considered cleared once funds settle in our account; card and digital payments are considered cleared on authorization. If a watch requires pre-shipment service, final inspection, or strap change, we will confirm the revised ship date in writing.
Tracking and Delivery
You will receive a tracking number as soon as the package is in transit. If you will not be home to sign, coordinate a hold at the local FedEx facility so the watch is never left unattended. We are happy to help arrange a scheduled delivery window.
Domestic Shipping Cost
Shipping within the continental United States is complimentary on all purchases above ten thousand dollars. Below that threshold, insured overnight shipping is quoted on the order confirmation.
International Shipping
International orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. We evaluate the destination, the carrier options, and the customs and duty requirements of the receiving country before accepting the order. The buyer is responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees levied at the destination.
Restrictions
- We do not ship to freight forwarders, mail forwarders, or re-shippers.
- We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or parcel lockers for any order above five thousand dollars.
- The billing and shipping names must match the name on the buyer's account. Variations require written confirmation before release.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If a package arrives with visible damage to the outer box or tamper indicators, note it with the driver, refuse delivery if possible, and email photos to pat@crownedkoi.com the same day. Crowned Koi will manage the carrier insurance claim on your behalf.
