Returns Policy
A watch is a personal object. We want you to love the piece when it arrives, and we want you to know we stand behind what we sell. Every purchase includes a short, clearly defined inspection window so you can verify the watch in person before the sale is final.
The Inspection Window
- 72 hours to notify. You must contact us in writing within 72 hours of delivery if you intend to return the watch.
- 3 days to inspect. Once you notify us, you have three calendar days to ship the watch back in the condition it was received, in its original box and with all accompanying materials.
- 5 business days to refund. After we receive and re-authenticate the watch, refunds are issued within five business days to the original payment method.
Condition on Return
The watch must arrive in the same condition it left us. That means unworn outside of a careful try-on, with all protective stickers and tags intact if applicable, and accompanied by every box, paper, strap, tool, and accessory included in the original shipment. A watch that shows signs of wear, service, sizing modification, or damage may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount.
Return Shipping
We will provide a return label and bill the customer if the return is the customer's decision and not our fault. The return must travel via overnight service with signature required and full insurance for the declared sale value.
If the watch was materially misrepresented in our listing — wrong reference, undisclosed damage, or an authentication concern — Crowned Koi will cover return shipping and issue a full refund. That is our responsibility, not yours.
What Is Not Refundable
- Watches reported outside the 72-hour notification window.
- Watches that have been serviced, modified, or sized after delivery.
- Consignment pieces already returned to the consignor at the buyer's request.
- Deposits on special orders or sourcing requests once sourcing work has begun, unless the piece cannot be found (see our Terms).

Email pat@crownedkoi.com with your order reference and a short note about why you are returning the watch. We will respond the same business day with return instructions.
